Internet Explorer 11 Offline Mode
Hello, So I used the Internet Explorer Administration Kit 11 to build me an.EXE and.MSI of IE11 to deploy across the board. I would like to use the.MSI because of the /norestart option. Unfortunatelly, it does not honor it. This is what I have for my deployment via Dell Kace.

Just so you know, Internet Explorer wouldn’t be pinned to the taskbar by default. There will also not be a shortcut for it on the desktop unless you create one for it. To find and open Internet Explorer in Windows 10, you will have to manually search for it in the start menu or via Cortana. Go to start menu, type Internet Explorer to open it. Optionally, you can right-click it and then select Pin to Start to have it pinned to your taskbar for easy access.In some rare circumstances, if you can’t find Internet Explorer anywhere as if it’s totally gone from Windows 10, here’s what you can do to bring it back. It’s because Microsoft has no intention of releasing any offline or standalone Internet Explorer installation for Windows 10. The existing Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 10 is the only version you can use in Windows 10.
