The race change token basically unlocks that screen where you set your race and save.While I have not seen this particular issue (I bought what is now known as adventurer pack a long time ago, so I play any race any faction), it makes sense that the faction would switch IF your friend had the adventurer pack unlocked and he didn’t double check which faction was selected.I have made new characters in the wrong faction by not paying attention, and just deleted and started over lol.See:.
